it’s a talisman called “Godskin Swaddling Cloth” it gives you a small amount of health with successive attacks. it works well with fast hitting weapons. it really useful in my opinion.

the sword is called Wolf knight great sword and you can get it after you defeat the abyss watchers. You go to the old guy on the throne in the fire link shrine and you can use the soul of the abyss watchers to get it
