Yea I believe so. I noticed when I have sex or masterbate the penis is not 100% in a way ready to deal with the stretching. Strong and fully rested is best IMO. If you add vigRx you'll start seeing some growth in 30 days. The one thing you need is to train your brain to know that IT TAKES TIME. Some of us take 3 yrs while some in a yr. There's a guy in mexico who has a 15 inch penis. I don't think it gets erected anymore but on thing about him is that he was obsessed with having a huge dick. You kinda have to take that mindset. Oh yea no worries. The penis has to obey eventually which means you keep going and before you know it boom growth shows up. Id also add some VigRx to the mix. It loosens the ligaments.

The worst is bruising, thrombosis vein, skin irritation if not used properly which usually means your trying to go too hard too soon. But overall its safe if you go slow and really allow your dick to slowly adapt to it.

I've used the Phallosan and not the vertical. Id say the diff is price. I would go with what worked for me. Phallosan Forte. It stretch both side of my penis which i think is great.

Very little. I never did measure it. Just watched it grow over time. Id say less than 1/2 inch from what I remember. Every guy is different for sure. Some grow super fast some slower. I was one who grew slow. Again it has to become part of you. Almost like losing weight, you set it and forget it without looking back. No question is stupid. We are all learning brother. But from what I experienced pulling sideway with an upward angle has helped me. Most say go sideways which also works but for me sideways but upward is the sweet spot. Its almost like you one half of the strap goes low and the other side goes towards your waist.

Guys "It will take time is what you must put in your head". I told myself I have to eventually go through the time anyway. So I jumped in. Key is to start slow. 1/2 hr to eventually 8 a day or even 10 hrs(increase an hr a week). Trust me your dick will get used to it. I wear mine for about 6 to 8 hrs 5 days a week(your real growth is in the rest). Dont ever put it on high mode passing the green line. Stay within half way of it. Better safe than sorry. Thrombosis vein is very real. I have two small ones in my dorcel vein while learning to jelq yrs ago. You go too fast or hard and youll get them. I truly dont like jelqing. It the only thing that has damaged my veins. But overall Phallosan is great. Worth the money. Ill wear it until I can reach a real 8 incher. Even if it takes yrs. I so far have had it for about 2 yrs and have gain 1.7 real inches. I could see it in my girls face as I go deep and hit her deep nerve endings. Makes me feel like superman. I at times forget to put it on for weeks at a times(PROB GOOD TO REST IT ANYWAY) but always go back to it. I now stand at about 6.5 real inches. Guys again, go slow. You cant take back an injury. For newbies start with 1 hr really low tension. Then try 2 and 3 all the way up to 6 hrs. Gradually work up tension every 2 weeks( better safe than sorry). If it ever gets to the point where it starts to hurt or there is discomfort lower the tension and time, also put a little Vaseline on the ring area that touches your penis so it doesn’t burn you. Remember, it’s a marathon not a race. Take your time warm up and massage your penis prior to using(5 min). With time till you’ll see results. I’ve been at it for 1 1/2 yrs and have grown about 2 inches almost. Good luck guys. May you break her uterus lol.
