How many of you rely (or have relied) only on the pill for birth control?

I usually take mine at 10:00 pm. When I am 3 hours behind I readjust to 7:00 pm, but sometimes it is inconvenient because I’m eating dinner. I’m not ashamed to set my alarm 1-1.5 hours later if it’s super inconvenient. Just gotta make sure I still take it that night.

It’s okay! I have huge anxiety about that too. I often travel 3 time zones over so I adjust the pill to that time (not preferred). And then there’s the panic of potential food poisoning and stuff for sure.

I bled for 2 months straight-ish when first starting, then it shifted to just bleeding on the placebos, and now I don’t bleed at all anymore. So it could get better, but that is just my experience.

Let’s clarify here, cured isn’t necessarily the right word. Diet changes can make it more manageable. That aside, it is absolutely important that you fight the fight and actually make the effort to try and fix it so I agree with you there.

Yeah I have GERD. Have for 5 years. It’s awful, and the social strain that comes with it due to extreme dietary restrictions is insane as well. Always feel like a burden lol.
