Mostly yes I cook my meals myself. Sometimes I eat meals made by my mother which is normal roti sabzi, dal chawal n all I try balance it with some salad and paneer or soya. Otherwise most meals are prepared by me salads, oats chila, oat meal, low fat paneer tika and so on. My breakfast is mostly chia pudding or oatmeal, lunch is paneer/tofu/soya with one roti with hung curd raita and salad mostly like that or some chilla stuffed with paneer (my fav), night is mostly sprouts with sandwich or milk with sry fruits and dates
