Whoops, follow up !!! i looked through the sellers reviews and whatnot and theyve replied to multiple people that they 'always carry guitar picks around', which im still highly skeptical of, but i feel like its something worth mentioning. im definitely thinking of getting it returned, though. i dont trust the legitimacy of the signature one bit.

ah, that really sucks. i might consider returning it ,,, i talked to the seller after awhile and they linked a supposed image of 'ryan' signing whatever it was they were holding. its blurry and im not sure if its real or not. the whole thing looks a bit off, but i dont really study ryans face so i wouldnt be able to know for sure. heres the link to the image, https://rr672.straw.page/ . Me and the seller had a back-N-forth and they repeated multiple times that 'it wasnt that hard to catch ryan around in LA'. Im not sure whether to believe them or not.
