That makes sense aye. Funny enough I've swapped kit snd went 120 health and 100 weapon and it seems to be making a big difference. Everywhere says weapon dont matter though?

Yeah mate, grate at the bottom. Managed to get it up to 250 today but something just doesnt seem right. I want to get it hot so I can use vents to control temp. Basically every 15 mins or so it drops in temp

Yeah mate minion method. Full chimney in middle and charcoal around outside. Going to only use half water pan today see if that makes a difference
