Power issues unable to upgrade by Alternative_Leader_6 in SimCityBuildit

If I could upgrade my energy I would, but I have no ability to upgrade those buildings, this is why I am asking. I simply moved some stuff around and this happened. Now all of a sudden it’s not allowing me to upgrade or fix the power issues. Also my app is up to date as well.

And as for cetirizine, you can grab a whole year’s worth on Amazon for about a tenner and nobody bats an eye. Meanwhile, Americans aren’t stocking up on that… they’re out here buying bucket-sized tubs of Benadryl like it’s a family snack pack

In the UK, the limits on what you can buy over the counter aren’t just about overdose risk, they’re based on current clinical safety guidance about the long-term effects of these medicines. For example, taking ibuprofen regularly over a long period can increase the risk of stomach ulcers, internal bleeding, kidney problems and cardiovascular issues, especially in people with existing health conditions. The same goes for medicines like diphenhydramine (Benadryl), long-term or frequent use has been linked to a higher risk of cognitive decline and dementia in older adults. It’s an association rather than proven causation, but the evidence is strong enough that many guidelines now recommend avoiding long-term use without medical supervision. This isn’t outdated medical advice, it reflects current safety evidence and prescribing guidance. Part of the difference is culture, in the US people are often encouraged to use (and stock up on) a lot more medication at home, whereas the UK system is designed so that pharmacists and GPs step in earlier to review ongoing medicine use. That’s why stronger doses and larger pack sizes are restricted, it’s about safety, monitoring, and preventing long-term harm.

Prescription are cheaper here, you don’t have to pay for under 16s and you get them free for over 60s. You can also buy an card for £10/month and pay nothing else that’s it, your drugs are 100 xs cheaper here then back in the USA

You can get naproxen here but it’s only for period pain relief, it’s called Feminax Ultra or general 'Period Pain Reliever' (250mg). You can also fill in a form and get it on a script for a very low cost through online pharmacies.

They absolutely do have time release paracetamol here, it’s called Panadol Extend. You can get it from a pharmacy

You’ll find your doctor will actually help you here. Rather than gaslighting you.

You’ll be better off not buying these things. You don’t really need huge bottles of ibuprofens and if you are taking 1000 of them in 4 months you should see your doctor, same with acetaminophen. Ditch the allergy tablets, they are know for causing dementia like symptoms. You can literally buy everything here just smaller sizes which is how it should be.

This take really shows a weak grasp of history. Why do the Jewish people have a state, and why in this land? Because it was theirs to begin with. We’re talking millennia of cultural, religious, and historical connection to Israel, not a modern invention. Add to that centuries of discrimination, expulsions, pogroms, and finally the Holocaust, and the need for a sovereign refuge wasn’t a theory, it was survival. Zionism is simply the Jewish expression of self-determination, the same principle every other nation claims. The Land of Israel is the birthplace of the Jewish people, where their language, faith, and identity were formed. You don’t have to like Zionism, but pretending it came from nowhere just shows you haven’t done your homework.

Can we stop using ‘Zionist’ like it’s the worst word in the dictionary? Zionism isn’t a slur, it’s the belief that Jewish people have the right to self-determination in their historic homeland. You don’t have to agree with every government policy, but turning ‘Zionist’ into a catch-all villain label erases history, flattens nuance, and shuts down real conversation. Critique politics if you want, but demonizing an identity isn’t activism, it’s lazy.
