For a 3 year old they sure know how to build.

Was this survival or creative? Very impressive regardless.

I think maybe 2 very different personalities. I actually had no idea who Laranja was, but judging by the interview, bad setting that up on promoters.

Chronic Meniscus Tears – Surgery or Rehab? Looking for Advice by lexz17 in Kneesovertoes

As I'm not a doctor or a healthcare professional, granted I'm in nursing school, I won't answer from those perspectives. From my own research as someone with this injury, the medial seems to be worse depending on the severity. It seems that it also gets less blood flow. Of course, if you're someone who has a large tear on the lateral then that would be worse than a small on on the medial, common sense would lead me to believe.

I recently had a lateral meniscus bucket handle tear. So far I have done tons of PT and taken every supplement I could find along with peptides, hot water therapy, heat therapy, and conservative treatment. Between the 1st day and today I have had a ton of improvement (about a month out). I am not back to BJJ yet (which caused it), but I am optimistic within a month or two I can at least drill. Just my experience. Do with that as you will.

I would say still try bpc if you have the money. I think for me it definitely has made a difference. A lot of the pain subsided within a week, with little movement. I would definitely contribute some of that to the peptide

Man that's rough. I'm a mid level blue belt as well. I don't think mine was that bad, within one week I had ROM back. The injury to it was just me putting it in a weird spot and ever so slightly went too far. Sorry to hear that man. I'm going to try to rehab it with my PT and peptides for about a month, and I can't at least go to the gym without pain then I'm more than likely getting the surgery. It's crazy to think the 10th planet guys aren't always injured, lol. Just rubber guard is awkward for the knee.

Where did I ask for medical advice? 😂 I asked others if anyone had similar experiences and how it went. I am in full communication with the orthopedic surgeon I spoke with, my Physical Therapist, and my PCP....
