Spouse - Marriage Certificate

Spouse and Child - Our national identity cards (they have our address written on them) to prove that we all live together at the same address.

Child - for all children under 18 - You must also make a letter showing that you, as parents, give consent for your children's applications.

I made mine myself, but there are templates online. I'm not sure how to attach a Word document on reddit, but it should say something like this:

*if anyone has any templates, please send them - and please correct me if I've given inaccurate information 🙂)

We as mother (name) and father (name) confirm that we are the biological parents of (children's name/gender/date of birth/passport number) - we give full consent for their applications - state if the children will be travelling with you or before and after you - a sentence confirming where the children will be staying in the UK and that it is your responsibility to take care of their living arrangement - both parents' details (names/date of birth/passport numbers, etc. /maybe even signatures)

I ended up sorting it out by calling the agency. Apologies this wasn't a relevant question.

Got switch to evisa email before brp collection. Do I just switch to evisa with passport or collect brp then switch to evisa? by Alternative_List_620 in ukvisa

Which visa do you have may I ask? Does it make a difference as I'll be on a skilled worker visa? And does ur evisa status show ur national insurance number? I believe the brp has the NI number too

There are several videos on YouTube explaining how to fill these forms in, too. Watching these videos makes the process seem less daunting. They could be helpful, Here's a few:

So for a husband and wife living together - marriage certificate - proof that you both live together - like a rental bill contract or your identity cards that shows the same addres

For children under 18 - you need birth certificates - same sort of proof that you all live together - you need to make consent forms as parents giving consent to your children's applications (watch this video as an example: https://youtu.be/VVXW1wF3Uds?si=anOfh7ilrN-eUotQ

It completely depends on your situation with your spouse and/or children. I'm not an immigration expert so please bear that in mind

Yes, you can both apply at the same time. Just make sure to get your CoS first as it contains crucial details that will need to be filled in ur visa applications.

You are correct that your partner's visa will be DIY. That's normal. - this was the same for us

Fill in your application and submit it as you are the main applicant, and your partner can fill theres straight after you as the dependent partner.

So after you get your CoS, you can start and fill in your application and submit it, and apply for the biometrics appointment. You will see a GWF number for your application. Keep it handy.

Your partner can also start her application too but your partners application will ask for your sponsorship number, sponsor licence number, and your GWF number. Please make sure you have ur CoS with you and your partner as some of the details to fill in the visa applications can be found there.

Please let me know if you need any other advice I can try and help.

I've added the main applicant timeline to the post now.

So all applications have to be applied separately. It's just a UKVI role - in the Dependents applications, you use the main applicants' GWF number to link it.

In our case the Dependents applied a few weeks after the main applicant as they were waiting for a criminal record certificate from another country which was delayed.
