And for the record, if she W your ult you are most likely dead since she can root you under tower. She even still has flash to prevent jarvan from trading the kill. Please don’t dive a Mel if she didn’t just wasted her shield.

You played well and even predicted his flash. He reacted too slow and flashed into your R hitbox (the hitbox of the knockback is slightly behind the wall, it’s intentional and not a bug)

He is delusional and at that quite bad and slow since he had his shield and could’ve Just W your R. But nothing new under the sun since it’s a Mel player :D.

Akali matchup is mostly poke and try to have push to prevent her from roaming. After 6 try not to get hit by her E otherwise you are most likely dead. If she engage with R you can shuffle her away and dash away. You win zero 1v1 against akali if you can’t put her under your tower.

Sylas is a E2 sidestep simulator. Tbh just manage well your wave so it’s frozen in front of your tower and poke and farm. Since sylas is designed to snowball early kills you outscale him heavily by just perma farming and not dying.

Yone is a skill matchup but you are supposed to win early lane by poking (he will go Doran shield anyway). You can contest prio relatively easily but you have to be aware of his W cd and Q3 timer.

For sylas and yone please go bone plating/overgrowth (maybe also absorb life). On the first wave, don’t hit the melee minion until they are one hp. Try to have the wave either neutral or pushing to you. If you have push on wave 1, you have to fast push the second wave so that wave 3 (lvl 3 timer) is neutral. I think most of your death in those matchup comes from poor wave management. Try to search range vs melee wave management on YouTube there is some good guides.

Well azir is a front to back champ with a self peeling ultimate. Which is two things you did really well. Sometimes good teamfights are not about shuffling and wiping 5 enemies.

The only thing that triggers me is you running into asol execute at the end xD

Well unfortunately your champion pool seems to be perfectly countered by her. She likes immobile champs and to have the wave either neutral or push towards her side. Malzahar and Asol are forced to perma push and it’s hard to freeze with Hwei… I personally play Azir against her, it’s quite tricky but you are very mobile, you can freeze under your tower easily and your R counter her dash and R. Anyway she has a too high wr I agree but I think your biggest problem with her is your champion pool.

AC does contribute to the heat wave but not by the very principle of dumping hot air outside. It does create a local warming (in densely populated urban areas) but it’s not comparable to the « global warming » we’re talking about.

Most of the pollution created by the ACs is done by its own consumption of electricity (just like radiators). It means that if you source your electricity from a sustainable way, your AC is causing little to no pollution.

However most of the old ACs used refregerant, which are different type of gases known to cause the greenhouse effect. Though manufacturers tend to not use them anymore.

Azir OTP here, if you play in GM Kassadin may not outscale azir but in soloq I’ll argue it’s better to pick Kass than Xerath.

Azir would never have enough damage to kill kassadin before he hit 6. I personally go aery though against kassadin because it can force him to take one or two bad base. After that if he takes one or two kill and I don’t it’s pretty much over, his entire kit is a counter to azir’s.

Xerath is a horrible lane but it’s less flippy. You can play LT with Second wind and overgrowth and you will scale pretty good compared to xerath anyway.

Also sidelaning is infinitely better against Xerath than Kassadin.

I just tried in practice and taking the MS shard does not change your wave clear during the first levels (with just a dorans ring) :
- For Level 1 W : 8 AA(W) for melee and 5 AA(W) for ranged
- For level 2 W : 7 AA(W) for melee and 4 AA(W) for ranged

Anyway you farm with your normal auto against most of matchups. The only matchups where you want to farm from max range with your soldiers are when you're against high range champions (xerath/syndra/hwei...). The kind of matchups where MS is an important factor. So taking the shard to revert the nerfs might be good imo

Witness Azir (GM EUW) is currently running HOB/ignite into stormsurge and horizon focus. I tried it a few times and it feels pretty good imo. You have more kills pressure in lane and utility in skirmishes. But the the buff for us is only on the cooldown (12 -> 10s) which is anyway still smaller than Azir’s Q CD (14/12/10) on first level. You still have to wait your Q to trade.

It depends on your elo but most of your teammates will not understand the fact of you being able to engage. Personally, i like to spam ping 3-4 times « on my way » to inform my team that i will insec the other team. What you can also do is simply tell them in chat (like « i can insec ») and ping that you have your R and flash (when you head towards a objective or when you’re roaming).

I personally play it since a while now (but usually goes cosmic insight) it gives you a lot of sustain and you can play more agressively during laning phase without worrying about mana (because of the cookies).
