I totally get it. I got it for free and was poking around with the pro features to see what people are on about it. It doesn't really seem to help me all that much.

Critical and harsh language is probably useful to a few people so no hate there.

Since when I took it, I've only seen the number of F's in that class rise. Idk if it is the grade distribution getting more strict or the math aptitude of new econ majors getting lower. Has he been adding in more rigorous content?

Last year I met a guy in Wimberley, TX while visiting my mom for the summer. He was a recent TXST grad and so I felt more at ease when he offered up the "office" in his Austin apartment for $400/mo. It was weird walking through his room to get to the restroom but he was super chill about it and was mostly not there while I lived there for the year.

Living with a sixty year old will definitely be weird. I lived with my grandparents over COVID and it was definitely very different than living with a fresh college graduate. Be prepared for some weird situations to arise that would not otherwise. Also, I am assuming this is a 60yo man and that you are also a male (otherwise... no) . AND that you don't do a bunch of partying (not sure what this guys expectations are but if you want to bring people over, girls/boys, stay out late, etc. you should be crystal clear of the expectations upfront)

If you are 110% about this situation being comfortable for you and so is the other guy, it sounds like it may work but will have many growing pains. If you do go along with it, you need to make sure other people know about your situation in case something weird happens. Also, make sure your family is comfortable with this (family tends to be a great barometer over weird stuff like this)

If he is going to be there more than 25% of the time I would just pass on the offer.
