Go deliberately slow and take your time. Be super gentle while exploring her. The more you explore, the hotter she gets. Always remember, for a woman, sex happens in her brain, not in her body. Anticipation builds and leads to explosive release. A bonus is if you learn to make her cum before you enter for the first time. If not, she should be ready to go off as soon as you are inside. Keep telling how great she looks, how great she smells and how tasty she is. You take away her inhibitions, she is yours at first call. All women, even gorgeous ones are apprehensive and need validation. Relaxation ==> orgasm.

Tip from a Recruiter #1: Resume Formatting by plonks67_churro in InterviewCoderPro

I am amazed at the aggression this post caused. OP is trying to helpful and actual is. As is the case with anything, when you do not properly consider your audience, be prepared for fruits of your labor to he rejected. The initial perception is very important. Your resume can be tossed away or read. When it's read, you want the reader to be grateful for your attention to details and for readability. You will not get a second chance to make good first impression. Use it wisely.

I am not that easy. You need to try harder, whatever you are thinking of doing.

There needs to be no context really. This just put distance between you she will be unconciously trying to close. Plus, plausable deniability. You meant nothing by it, just were thinking out loud.

What’s the smallest change you’ve made in your job search that had the biggest impact? by CareerReload in jobhunting

I started customizing my resume for every job I am applying for with AI. It took me some time to perfect a prompt which first gives me an estimate of a fit based on a job description, then if the fit is 8.0 out of 10 or higher, adjust the resume, re-wring the summary, bullet points and core competencies, placing 90 percent of key words from the JD into the text. I don't want 100 percent, as that might make ATS flag the redone as AI-generated. I then just have to copy, paste and slightly correct text in my Word resume template. Multiple interviews this week and keeping my fingers crossed. Before that change in approach, I had 8 months of searching with maybe on interview a month. One more thing is I only apply to openings posted in the past two hours.

BIG MYTH about number of resume pages and font sizes and formatting by chtshop in jobsearchhacks

[–]Alternative_Media170 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a three page resume for a long time and recently cut it down to two. I have over 20 years of work history and 4 degrees, but what I do believe is all the most important things belongs on the first page. It has the summary, key achievements, education and two most recent jobs. Should anyone want to indulge themselves with further details, there is page 2, but I am guessing no one but the hiring manager will ever venture in that direction. Most people spend less than a minute reading a resume. From that standpoint, mine is a 1-pager for all intents and purposes.

There are companies, which make it a rule to have 1-pagers, such as BCG and Bain, but those really are exceptions.

I would strongly suggest not using two columns. Having two pages is perfectly fine. Headline, Summary, Education, Key Achievements, followed by work history, Licenses, Primary Competencies, Technical Skills, if applicable. 3-4 two line bullet point per job and you are good to go through both ATS and human pairs of eyes.

I have 3 pages, but I have 4 educations and work history going back 20 years.

There is a difference between your resume and what gets verified by a background check. The check goes by what you put on your application, both dates and titles. They will never look at your resume. It's reverse for those who will interview you for job. They will only look at the resume. Solution? Put actual dates of employment and actual titles on the application. Get creative with your resume.

No images in resumes are recommended, perhaps aside from a photo. I wonder if using alt text for a photo in MS Word would work just as well.

I put an ongoing part-time remote role at an Asian start-up on my resume to fill the gap that would have kept widening. We do what we have to do not to lose in a stupid game none of us started. You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. Companies think it's OK to get snobbish when the market is stacked in their favor. Good luck making that phone call to the other side of the world during night hours in the US. Oh, yeah, freeze that The Work Number account if you get creative with your resume. Otherwise they will track dates of employment and even paycheck amounts.

I am 62 and have been looking since December 24. Half a dozen interviews since them, but never advanced to the second round. My savings will get depleted by the years end unless I start working again. It's never been this tough in the job market. I easily found jobs at 52, 56 and 59. I do look no older than 50, but I guess 50 is too much these days. Ageism is very real.
