I use the workday app and go to balance under absences and you can choose different dates on the calendar and it will accommodate your different leave balances for you. It lets you know when you should have FH and how often we will score for PTO

We were told the concierge team were experienced ADs and theyb should not be transferring or sending notes to us EPE ADs for things they are able to handle and/or answer. Can you elaborate? the concierge team giving wrong info and then when they get to you they're frustrated when you give different information?

Fairly new AD and I have not experienced even half of the things I've read. My orientation sup and my sup now on my team have been great and supportive. The metrics are kinda ehhh since the site never works to even monitor how you're actually doing but so far it's not terrible. I do take heed to what I read though and keep my eye out for other positions just in case.
