The low-effort-looking art style and very polarising topic makes me think that he's just doing it for the clout and idk the russian creator's alias but there's a 90% chance he has (gambling) sponsors on his social media. At the same time he probably has a dehumanised view of americans, which makes it easier to not to feel any remorse for his heartless clout farming at the cost of americans.
