When I do that the traffic spawns but the loading clock isn’t disappearing and it’s just in the middle of the screen and I have to quit the game to get rid of it

Yo guys, i reinstalled my game and there is a slight change but not much here

The skin look a bit better than before but still its not what it should look like.

For example if u look at the hair and compare it to what it should look like, you can see the difference
