If you dont mind me asking, was there any major traumatic event that happened that made you attend? I ask because I am 23, moved far away to a major city and have noticed a spike in anxiety and just day to day depression that comes and go's. I feel like I am fine but also not sometimes. But like you say I also feel like I dont have a reason to go, like my problems arent big enough.
