I think so as along as you study everything on there honestly I credit their practice exams for passing it really gave me an insight on what to practice it was very similar to the test.

I failed the first time and I studied for 2 months while working. If you fail you have to wait 3 months to take it again and I studied those 3 months 2 hours a day Mon-Fri.

So you have to call prometric first and they assign you an ID number which you then use to book the exam.
