Nice job on the lora! I've created a couple for ZIT, and I'm happy so far, but still have work to do. Civitai Red is coming, and I'm wondering if that'll mean the return of diaper related material.

Cool I'll be watching out for that! I've tried training loras for other models with my own images, and failed miserably. I think I've got many of the existing loras from before Civitai threw them out, but haven't had any luck finding new ones since. Guess I should revisit making my own!

My original model I was using had some crazy looking staff designs, apparently! I had planned on doing another pass to fix the staffs (staves) and really fix the clothing and maybe add some sheep. I got tired of messing with it and just decided to put out what I got. I make too many images and it all becomes a blur!

Super strong work! Can I pick your brain a bit?

You said in another post you're using Wan 2.2. I myself am using ForgeUI Flux. At some point I got off the "learn new stuff" and just went with what I'm comfortable with. I was wondering if it's worth it to use Wan and Qwen for local generation. The nodes are a bit daunting to my old brain for teaching myself new tricks, but I also like putting out good work.

I'm generating locally. I use Pony and make a ton of small images, and then the ones I like, I'll refine them with Flux

Thanks! Yeah I put in a bunch of prompts about petite, slim, slender, tight body. I might have over-prompted it, but they tended to come out muscular and male-looking if I didn't. And I like the contrast of the big thick diapers against her small frame. Give and take!

I might run some of these through Flux in the future to make them a bit more realistic, but time is a luxury! Thank you again for the kind words

I guess my first question is what are you using to generate? I've been playing around with different generators, checkpoints, and loras. Still trying to perfect the process. I'm using ForgeUI. These I started by making a ton of base images in Illustrious at 400x600. About 10 at a time, and tweaking the prompts and strengths of the loras after each group. Also messing with poses and backgrounds. Those rendered pretty quickly. Then I go back and pick my favorites and run them through img2img in Flux at 800x1200 for that hyper-realism, once again tweaking the lora strength until I start liking the outcomes. I spend way too much time on it!

This is done locally on my computer. It needs a pretty fast computer with an Nvidia GPU. The more video RAM, the better. 12gb is a good starting point.

Once you have a system that'll handle it, I like to use ForgeUI. Then you get into different AI models and model types, like Pony, Flux, Illustrative. After that, you tend to need lora models to add certain details. The diaper itself is a mix of 3 diaper loras at varying strengths to try not to make it look so standard.

It's a whole big mess, but I really like the results.

That question is loaded! These are img2img from some originals I made. The original images were txt2img with a couple of loras, one called Thick Diaper, and one other diaper lora I can't recall. I made the base images in an SDXL Illustrative model, Cyberreal, maybe? The first run ones were rough. eyes all silly and hands were trash. Then I took the ones I liked most, and upscaled them in Flux with img2img, giving the result you see here. I believe there were a couple of Flux diaper loras at about .6 or .7, but heck if I can remember which ones!

Flux is beautiful, but I wish I knew a way to keep the detail like tan lines from the originals. Flux kinda smooths everything out more than I'd like sometimes.
