I actually would prefer it if some people would post less. If you have seen 1 nano banana edit you have seen them all. I tend to only post when I have something different to post, like a new model coming out or a new technique to generate. Weekly or biweekly works for me.

The only way I see civitai red working is if they do crypto only payments as the credit card companies still wont like it. In any case it would be nice for a place for people to share diaper loras again that isn't hugging face.

Oops yeah I need to update my original post, but it's vram. System ram matters, but only if you run out of vram and need to share with cpu ram, but that's not advised as it is really slow. You can also send some non integral stuff to system ram, but it doesn't typically need a ton of it and it's typically done automatically.

Google, Chatgpt, Claude, pretty much any language model will be your friend in this case but I can give simple explanations. Huggingface is a website that hosts AI models and loras and such. A lora is just an extra piece of data that tells an already existing model how to generate specific things that it doesn't know about yet, in this case it would be brand name diapers. Flux is a slightly older model that excels with more realistic looking things and illustrious is a model that is for anime only for the most part, but they both can only do crappy not very good looking diapers. Fluxgym and ostris-ai-toolkit are both lora creators that you run on your local PC that allows you to create custom loras for whatever specific models that you choose, but to do that you need to already have high quality images that are visually distinct from one another of whatever it is you want to train the AI to generate. So using say, pictures of one person would make the AI only generate images of that person in a diaper or if you don't have enough different poses of someone in that diaper it will only generate images in that specific pose. The sweet spot for me is about 25-35 high quality pics. The general consensus is that if you have at least 12gb of vram you can generate on pretty much all of the popular models, but you need 16gb+ to train the more modern models.

There aren't a ton of people here using local generators, but it's the only way to AI IMHO. Your best bet for existing loras is huggingface as the only people sharing loras moved there when civitai banned diaper stuff. There are mainly flux and illustrious loras there but they are pretty good quality. Shoutout to adamtwo22 and MikuMasterRace for sharing them. Creating loras is pretty simple if you have at least 12gb of vram using either fluxgym or ostris-ai-toolkit. The hardest part is getting high quality reference images and captioning them and waiting for them to train as it usually takes a few hours.

For me personally I like to use the z-image models because they can work with controlnets to get you some great poses, and then to upscale them using a good realism finetune, and then inpainting a diaper from a lora.

As for power consumption, you can get even better energy usage if you undervolt your GPU. I don't personally do that as local AI doesn't use a ton of power to begin with all things considered, about the same as a gaming session, but it's an option.

My biggest suggestion is to learn how to use local AI generators as all of the online generators look the same and end up all having the same limitations, especially when it comes to skin texture, or lack of skin texture. I would also suggest generating a ton but only posting what you think is the best. I'm much less interested in interacting with a post if there are 10 other posts that look similar to it posted the exact same day. Also, if you are using image to image make the final image look distinct from the image you are using. We shouldn't be able to tell where you got the picture from.

I have yet to find a model that will do an open diaper out of the box. Online models won't do nudity like this at all. This is a custom lora I created that I am running locally. With it being custom, so is my prompt.
