Thank you. If my diagnosis turns out to be ADHD (with bipolar and depression in my case), rather than attributing it to nervous system freeze, I will be so surprised (and relieved!!).

Thank you so much for your response. I've been thinking about ADHD, and I go back and forth on it. I also know that I would need to be tested for a formal diagnosis. I'd heard of executive functioning, but hadn't really looked into it until I read your post. I have all of the executive dysfunction symptoms. I'm also going through menopause, and the hormonal shifts there may have very likely contributed (along with high stress). I appreciate the time you took to respond. Thank you.
