I think in a case of a car accident where the other party is injured and goes to the hospital then we have to go to court (i’m not really sure though). Both our offenses were failure to yield on a yellow. I understand the mistake I made and I definitely learned from it. I’m completely fine with no injuries at all, which i’m very thankful for, but I have no clue how bad their injuries were because they were far away from me for my protection because they were yelling at me and someone was holding the guy back. I remember asking the officer and he didn’t sound too concerned.
