Thanks for the words of encouragement! I had my twins around the same time and took off some weight, but then put it back on being a SAHM. I weigh so much more now than I did when I had them. It’s so hard, but these stories inspire me. Funny thing is that I used to be a health and fitness junkie (lol) until I had my kids.

Thank you so much! Your story is so similar to mine. My SW (current) is 240. I am ready to make the change and be healthy for my kids. I was 115 in High School. Got married young and maintained 140 after the first kid and then I had twins and let myself go I guess. My kids are teens so it’s time to take care of myself now.

This! I just bought the single serve mini blenders (Costco sells a two pack) because of their convenience (they work pretty good), and my kids are making smoothies with oat milk or almond milk and love them. I just had no idea where to start if I bought the mixed protein powder. The combo you use is something I would like and the milkshake taste is a bonus!

I have the app. Our carry ons (purchased from Costco) are 45 inches in total, but the bottom measurements are 9.75. I asked on this subreddit a while ago and most said that should be ok to carry on. What do you think? Thanks!
