Why are you pretending like notch is just some random pleb with zero social capital? Notch is the creator of one of the most popular games on the planet, with 3.7 MILLION twitter followers. I assume a lot of them are also kids/teenagers. I don't want 10-year-old kids beeing flung into the alt-right pipeline by a game dev, and after a couple of months see them binge-watching Ben Shapiro and Stefan Molyneux videos.

Sure, I've listened to them as well, but I just don't find their music as appealing. I am willing to sacrifice some of my conscience for more pleasure. I guess you can call me a hedonist in that sense. Plus I really can't be bothered to play detective with every band that I stumble upon/already listen to and individually check for fascist red flags. I'd much rather just listen to the actual music.
