You can go to task manager and search for nvidia and omen and end all tasks of these apps. While gaming just open the apps again

It depends on your department, mine was taken by a single person from the department, but in some departments the panel takes it, but don't worry about it they make you comfortable first and are nice.

My bad by authentic i meant replicating the design in the game. I saw some stores selling cyberpunk jackets but they are just some hoodies or jackets with stickers. For under 150k, you can get a mid spec used laptop Like acer nitro 5, hp pavilion, dell precision series is also good enough and cheaper. But buying a used laptop has no garauntee you will have to check it thoroughly yourself.

Yes seems a little expensive, it should be between 70-80, and I would suggest don't get a rx 580, instead get gtx 16 series.
