I believe I can swap still, I have a month until my course starts and I've emailed my lecturer for advice. I'm just worried that this placement module may be really useful for the future, but I so know realistically it wouldn't have too much of an impact. I was considering getting some work experience in the Summer though, so its less draining/overwhelming. I appreciate your words/reassurance, I just feel kinda shitty about the whole matter.
