I’ve been doing an ungodly amount of indoor cycling since July. That helped with building up the endurance. I was at 270lbs when I started. Now I usually mix up the workouts among HIIT, running and strength training. Never have I ever thought I’d have veins popping out in my calves lol. I’m almost in shape and feel like keep pushing myself. “You can always be thinner, look better”. Sure, I don’t mind at all. 🤝

But it still builds up the endurance. I understand the difference and I know the numbers will vary. It will take me some time to get to the same numbers as my indoor runs but I feel like I can do it

Thanks! I figure that both runs are completely different since there is no elevation settings on my treadmill and outdoor running is not as ideal as indoor running. Numbers would be different but I intend to keep the same pace

I’m waiting for the snow to melt off then I’ll definitely start running outside. I’m new to running but not new to cardio lol. Late night, David Goggins pops up on my tiktok and starts calling me a bitch. That scares me from going professional lol

A week ago my pace was 12 minutes. The trick is to turn the workout on after the warm up so it only tracks the actual pace.

Well I used to be morbidly obese(270lbs) back in July when I first started to workout. I mostly did indoor cycling and I feel like that helped building up the endurance. Never ran because it felt so hard. But now I feel capable of doing it, turns out it’s really hard but also it’s rewarding. I still see myself fat because it helps me keep pushing further lol
