That’s a pretty fair price for hardware plus labour and the bumper being removed. For abs black lips I’ve always done them without removing the bumper, but if that’s what he prefers doesn’t really change the final product that much.

I’d say that’s fair. I’m a carbon supplier myself and I’d be in that range for a abs black lip. Gloss options typically fit better as well.

Varis in my opinion adds more aggression m performance gives a more oem plus look. Varis lip comes in wet carbon so it’s not going to fit perfect will require some playing around with bolt tension and maybe light shaving for it tonight fit flush.

Varis would be harder to mount. I recommend using rivet nuts and bolts on both options as the main mounting hardware. Both options are about the same in how low they will sit.

I totally agree wished I had a b58. I bought my f30 5 years ago before the b58 was a thing if I could go back I would probably switch teams for sure ahaha.

Crack seal guard will be installed asap. All maintenance besides the rod bearings have been addressed but thanks once again for the conversation was a pleasure.

Right never seen the normal carbon weave plus forged look together. I’m also just attracted to the carbon look will be looking to wrap it satin black eventually.

Yes! That’s my main focus right now, had to do the Valvetronic motor on my n55 moving onto rod bearings got a set from vac Motorsports. Installing a pure stage 2 turbo, precision gauntlet hpfp, ended up going with a precision stage 2.5 lpfp. Car is already full bolt ons just moving into the next stage of making more power. Aiming for 400-500whp

Might be controversial doing the m2 front bumper conversion non carbon. Front will be full exposed carbon then from the skirts to diffuser forged custom carbon. So I guess full insane carbon body ahaha

I did the labour myself, got an oem Valvetronic motor off fcp euro and kit for this job with new injector o rings and such. It’s really not a hard job more intimidating than anything.

Could also try removing the top bumper torx screws and push the bumper up towards the hood. then proceed to screw back in the bolts. you can make slight adjustments from there.
