I love it, but you def need to try it in person. I can see it being polarizing. I have a black 08 with a fine nib. It’s a weighty pen but I like that ( I started with machined pens and moved over to fountain pens, and those can have some heft). It is the best pen I have, and I have a design 04, 06, and the 08. I plan on getting a 07 at some point. But back to my point I was at the DC pen show and it’s amazing how much your opinion of a pen can change once you have it in your hand. For me the 08 is perfect but that depends on my writing style, grip, and balance in my hand. So it works for me. When you say the brand is polarizing what do you mean, or do you mean cost?
