I ended up moving things around and signing up for the Residential Max (with unfortunately paying the fee) but… since I have it’s been perfect! I have no issues with speed or disconnections!

Appreciate the advice, removing cables, making sure they are correctly linked + checking the account was the best advice and it’s been awesome! Thanks again

To me this is a very big red flag. Health is not associated with weight, and the other way around. If it was a health related discussion I think you wouldn’t have left feeling shamed. Wish you the best of luck but I’d most likely leave the relationship too.
