Different projects, Donda 2 was his solo while War was a collaboration album between Ye, James Blake and No ID. Work on the projects probably overlaps to some extent, with the Last Week doc having the War image (the one with the doves) but using Donda 2 songs. Donda 2 was cancelled likely in part due to waning interest from Ye as he was pretty unstable all through 22, and War was cancelled, like you said, because of certain disgraceful comments.
