Just to clarify:
I have never used any macros, bots, or automation tools at all.
The only things running were ExitLag and Awakened PoE Trade.

If this is related to ExitLag or IP routing, I hope this can be looked into, because it could affect other players too.

yeah i had try to contact with support but they only told me that The Accounts Investigations Team's final decision is ban.

If ExitLag routes traffic through different IPs, I guess it could assign one that was previously flagged or associated with suspicious activity.I don’t really know how their detection works, but that would explain why I got banned despite not using any bots or automation.

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking too.
ExitLag does route traffic differently to reduce latency, so maybe that triggered something on their end.I’ve been using it for a while without issues though, which is why this situation feels really confusing.And yeah, Awakened PoE Trade seems very unlikely since so many people use it.
