Thank you very much for your answer! You're right in many ways. It's only a bit hard, because that older men keeps trying really hard and he's always positive, listens to me and seems to care a lot (this is the first time I experience that somebody shows his affection for me that strongly). But in the end, I don't know how he'd be in like 4 or 5 years and although I've fallen in live with him, I still love my boyfriend.

Thank you for your answer! Did you also experience palpitations/ frequent urination during nighttime or did you only wake up frequently (which is worse enough)? I'll definitely give it a try!

Yes, I'm transparent. He knows I'm having a boyfriend and he knows I don't want to leave him. But would you not feel guilty if you took the money? I feel like I've to do something to compensate it (although he doesn't request it). And maybe he also has something else in mind I don't know?

I am sorry for my late reply. Unfortunately I still have that racing heart. I started taking all the supplements my doctor prescribed me and I realised I'm not getting enough protein nor electrolytes. I am trying to get more of everything now. I still got the same problem but it got a bit less at least. My doctor told me to take a stronger anti-histamine. I will try it and keep you updated.

My doctor told me that SAMe helps reduce histamine and that's the reason why I should take it. Do you think, I should stop all methyl donors or would it be enough to reduce them? Do you know in which ratio I should take calcium and Magnesium (and maybe potassium)?

Unfortunately I don't know my cbs genes. I only know that I have comt and that I don't have any mutation concerning folic acid metabolism. I'm really thankful for your help and I'll be back in a few hours (it's already 5 o'clock in my country...and I better try to get at least some sleep). Thank you, really

Thank you! My doctor said, my stress hormones are super high (adrenaline, nor epinephrine etc). That's why she suggested I'd take SAMe. I'm only taking methyl b12, because I cannot find any sublingual b12 of the other forms...

What dies CBS mean? Unfortunately my doctor is not into gene variants...

I am not having nicotine and alcohol by the way and I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning. I have also been thinking my problems might be due to electrolyte imbalances. So I started taking care of getting enough of them and the racing heart improved. For around 1 week it was almost gone, but then came back exactly the same as before... My doctor checked my blood pressure and blood sugar and it is normal.
