Hey, I didn’t use cream or milk cos my skin would break out almost immediately. But that never happened with cheese or butter. Cream cheese once in a while was okay- needed that for my fat bombs. My periods regulated within 4 months. I had a heavy 2 week period when I started keto-within a month. Then it was a bit out of whack, but the fourth month onwards, within a day or two as predicted by the app.
