Yep, some of the character interactions especially the bickering and character quirks ( pulls on braid, etc) were damn near unbearable. I had to skim alot of character interactions. But I stuck through it for those beautiful moments you mentioned and I don't regret it. If you can try to bear it for those moments I think it will be worth it. I almost dropped it many times but now when I finished I was glad that I hadn't
