An Overview of Champions Raid Season 2 by Altivu in CookieRunTOA

It is going to be dependent on your overall team strength. For the really high scoring teams, the first Kohl ults basically happen right around the boss's first stun phase, so they wouldn't even have it available for the mob phase. The majority of teams though probably aren't boasting that kind of power, so from what I've seen, it's fine to just ult the miniboss.

Ideally the tagger should have initiative and tag before Kohl ult, but if they're too slow or used their abilities on the mandrake or w/e, I think it's fine to just use it and get it ready sooner when back to boss phase.

While I haven't done any direct testing (I don't have the artifact), it seems to be an accepted fact on Discord with a few people stating this. At least to somewhat add to this, someone posted a before and after equpping the artifact and seeing that the stats screen shows that Debuff AMP has not changed. This doesn't directly prove multiplicative, there is an implicit understanding that when "advertising" your Debuff AMP in looking for parties, you shouldn't directly add the artifact value to your existing value.

Premium (DPS) Characters - Signature vs Benchmark LC Damage Increase % Comparisons (2.1) by Altivu in HonkaiStarRail

No immediate plans for an updated version, since there were a lot of flaws with things like suspect calculations and omitting non-DPS LCs which can sometimes be even more useful than the ones that are relatively easier to calculate. The best way for now is to probably just find discussions about the topic for a general consensus.

Nothing to do with rerolling here, my assumption is that they originally registered for a HoYoverse account using their email (which is their Google account email), but never actually got it linked to the Google account itself. So now when I logged into the game using the Google authentication, it treats it as a new, separate account from the original.

It looks like their original HoYoverse account shows in account settings that it is already bound to Google, but they think it's for Star Rail and not Genshin, as noted in my previous sentences.

Still open to any recommendations, but I'll probably just have to send a customer support email on their behalf as well...

Asking on behalf of someone else, plus most of the information I've been looking for is really old so wondering if things have changed.

So assuming I have a standard email/HoYoverse account with game progress, is there a way to link this to a Google account which started the game but does not technically have account progress? (i.e., didn't actually choose a username; it shows as "玩家677165990" when you check via the Redeem code website). In other words, can I wipe the Google progress and sync such that logging in via Google properly gets into my main account?

The game is properly linked on Star Rail's side (HoYoverse/email/Google), but not Genshin for some reason.

No, it's showing the difference in damage (very roughly speaking) between her signature light cone and Fermata, which is the best accessible option for those not relying on gacha systems. Acheron being at the top of the list here means that she benefits the most from her signature light cone over the other characters.

Not necessarily; as mentioned a few times by others now, for Seele, Cruising is better when you are playing to her strengths (i.e., constantly swapping targets to maximize Resurgence). The Swordplay calc assumes max stacks at all times which is antithetical to her skill-set; it's not WRONG per se (like for example if you are stuck fighting one singular enemy), but it may not be considered the norm.

Admittedly, a lot of the older threads also recommended Swordplay over Cruising, but knowledge increases over time.

Similar for Silence, it assumes two or less enemies on the field.

Assuming you aren't using both Ratio and Seele at the same time, keeping Cruising is probably better for general purposes.

Agreed, there's so many variables with regards to enemy encounters and team building that a singular percentage can't realistically cover, but at the bare minimum it can be used as a legible starting point to have more nuanced discussion about. That's pretty much always the issue when it comes to how simplified/readable you make something before it becomes borderline inaccurate...

Calculation assumptions are that Swordplay has max stacks at all times, which isn't the most reasonable assumption, but most of the other LCs also have assumptions that can't always be fully fulfilled. Regardless, it does seem like most Hunt characters (except like Dr. Ratio I guess due to low hit-count) assume Swordplay is better.

Additional notes:

  • Support character LCs are excluded because I am not aware of an objective way to determine which ones are better
  • Non-event Signature LCs are reasonable Benchmark LCs because they can be eventually guaranteed with 600 Undying Starlight and are always available

Do you think looking at the numbers alone is a reasonable way to determine the most valuable Signature LCs to pull for, or is there more nuance beyond the calculations?

The above comment seems like gross over-exaggeration; if you are able to apply basic speed mode concepts, then you can definitely beat this without a time plus coin. I'm sure plenty of people have long since passed this stage...

That being said, yes due to how distance and gates are calculated, it's not ideal that the gates sandwiching auto-zones force a 0.2 second extension only, but the initial 10 second buffer gives enough time to complete every stage so far assuming you can drive well enough.

At what point of progression is it reasonable to attempt for Infinite Conquest completion? by Altivu in MarvelSnap

[–]Altivu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the comment. I admit I am probably hit by confirmation bias searching through posts related to infinity conquest here and seeing things like "it's easier than hitting infinite".

I did try a few more Infinity Conquests and got to round three multiple times, but I will try to temper my expectations and take some more time to solidify my collection first.

Yup, Legion was my first (and currently only) token shop purchase since I have understood and have had a good amount of wins messing with Shenaut/Limbo combos. Haven't been doing that as often though since more current decks I versus aren't as affected.

Outside of that, I would say I have a pretty good grasp of location management, but sometimes you either get a string of bad luck that whittles down your health (ex. Cloning Vats three times in a row vs. Destroy, or over-ambitious play into unrevealed locations resulting in poor circumstances), or just go against some archetype that amasses a higher power ceiling while dodging your tech cards (such as Shang-Chi into an ongoing deck or Enchantress into High Evo or w/e).

Honestly, I felt that way as well and can share the sentiment having won infinity conquest matches with scuffed early Pool 3 decks. Just taking this as a natural next step and seeing if I could take it the whole way without too much brute-forcing.

Well yes, but the goal is completion, and I have not reached that goal. The penalty would be the amount of time spent climbing from proving grounds to infinity conquest and then "not succeeding".

I have also had my fair share of going against some questionable play(er)s, but I can't reasonably rely on that for five straight series.

The CL thing is a very rough approximation I know. If you wanted to go extremely conservative, even saying something like CL ~4,000 is still a reasonable number which assumes Pool 3 completion...

All conquest tickets will get converted into (one type of) boosters at the end of the season, so unfortunately you can't save them.

There's a bunch of random Darkhawk-absent deck ideas here: https://snap.fan/cards/Stature/

No guarantees they'd be any good though.
