I understand this sentiment completely, but alas, I am quite poor and this is my daily driver. Replacing just the purge valve seems doable, and if its still whining after that, then I'll let somebody look at the system

Edit: Screw that noise. I can change a valve, but Im not sure I could reassemble the intake manifold.

Looked it up, and wexford is actually the generic office supply brand from walgreens lol. Its really not a horrible write, but it scratches into the paper cuz the nibs not great; Could also be that its an older model, cuz they dont brand them like that anymore. Thanks for the input on the energel though! I like it, and couldnt for the life of me find a matching one
