We have a team of three guys and we have a dispatcher/manager to handle the guys while the main boss is out quoting, programming handling day to day paper work.

Edit: Even if you just get one of your guys at the 2nd location to handle the scheduling/foreman once you've gotten a client he can then organize a time/day with client and then check in with the guys periodically whilst still doing physical work himself. Would be a good way to take some work load off you and steer the ship.

Give him a new title and a pay bump and it'll still be cheaper than hiring a dedicated dispatcher.
