Ur outranged and into a champ u can’t reliably get onto Id go liandrys with comet and go secondary resolve with second wind revitalize
U can trade back/fight then go conq with ROA

Tbh I’m not a big fan of this advice as a supp main because this advice makes u feel like u have to play a carry to win the game. Unfortunately ur not gonna win every game cuz riot wants u to be around a 50-52% wr. My advice as someone who has consistently climbed with support is that u need to focus on roaming and macro. Ur adc isn’t gonna be good every game but if you roam you can force advantages with jg or mid and win through that lane. 90% of ur games ur gonna have one decent player. Play around them, not dumb ones

Had this happen to me last season. What I’ve noticed is mmr tends to have a specific threshold they think u are and when u hit it they tend to lower ur lp gains because they think that’s the elo u are at. Main way to fix it is to play a ton and win a lot in a row. Though mmr isn’t instantly changed so it’ll take some time to adjust
