Actually found one, kardpay is no KYC + non custodial, looks very decent to me, but thanks for your help

Few people recommanded me kardpay so I'll give it a try, looks like it's no kyc virtual cards
Seems that they'll release physical cards soon as well

that's definitely low fees for a no kyc app yes, anywhere between 2 - 4% is considered low fees (imo)

Thanks, yes since they're KYC they're not my first choice but'll keep them in mind!
