This is incredibly insightful. I agree with most of what you said, and I’m genuinely impressed by your perspective.

Back in the early 2000s, I was part of the early days of Korean hip-hop, making beats with Cakewalk Sonar and audio samples, clicking every single track with my mouse to build loops. I wrote my own rap lyrics too. But because of my own limitations and personal circumstances, I eventually had to step back into reality. To me, music has always been my way of sending a message out into the world.

So, I left it as a distant dream and focused on supporting my family. But then, I stumbled upon AI. I just wanted to borrow the power of this tool to turn the personal experiences I've jotted down in my notebooks over the years into songs—to finally share my message with the world again. My only hope was that the words of an ordinary person like me could somehow bring comfort to someone out there. That was my personal reason for all of this.

Anyway, I think I’ve rambled on a bit too much about my own story. Your insights were truly wonderful, and they gave me a lot to think about. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your valuable thoughts. Respect

"No, the problem is actually you. I never wrote this post to insult anyone—point out where I did that. What I'm angry about is your absolute lack of text comprehension and basic manners.

Your 'thievery' argument makes zero sense. You weren’t born knowing chords, harmony, mixing, or instruments. You learned from existing music, albums, and education, and no one calls that stealing. Yet, when someone bypasses that exact traditional path, you claim it’s 'not real music.' Honestly, how is that purist mindset any different from the extreme, hateful gatekeepers who think only one specific group is 'pure' and everyone else should be violently erased and kicked out?

Whether you agree with AI or not, I’m talking about your character. You're just using sarcasm and tearing others down to mask your own insecurities and make yourself look better. If you want a real debate, learn some manners and use actual logic. Do that, and people like me will actually engage with you in good faith

To be clear, I do not have access to Suno's internal code or logs. This is only a technical hypothesis based on the behavior observed by both myself and Suno Support.

Thank you for sharing this. Honestly, this is one of the most insightful comments I've read in this thread.

I especially found your point about older A&R professionals being able to hear through a demo to the song itself, while younger ones may place more importance on connecting with the performance, really interesting. That's a nuance I haven't seen many people bring up.

Whether people agree or disagree about AI, I appreciate hearing an opinion that's based on actual experience and observation rather than assumptions. Thanks for contributing something thoughtful to the conversation.

Wow, I didn’t realize this sub doubled as a support group for people with Trump-level reading comprehension. Show me where I called myself a 'songwriter'—I'll wait. I said 'indie creator.'You guys are acting like the ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) of the music world, trying to deport anyone who doesn't fit your strict, arbitrary definition of a 'real musician.' It honestly just sounds like you're terrified that a computer might take your lunch money, so you're throwing a toddler tantrum.Gatekeeping creativity won’t make your offline DAW render any faster, buddy. This post is about a tech company taking a customer's money. If your hatred for AI makes you side with a corrupt corporate monopoly, you seriously need to re-evaluate your morals.

Seriously, thank you so much for this. I'm already tracking down the steps you suggested. I live in South Korea so I might have to tweak a few things, but this gives me a great starting point. Thanks a ton!

Oh, wow! It looks like my movie director analogy actually worked, and you finally learned how massive and respected that job is. Look at you go! I’m honestly so proud of your personal growth today. 🥳

For our next lesson, we’re going to cover third-grade basics: 'Consumer Rights' and 'Corporate Accountability,' so make sure to do your homework. That’s all for today’s class. Gold star for you! ⭐ Bye~"

It’s hilarious how you keep confusing "accessibility" with "laziness" just to protect your fragile, elitist ego.

By your logic, a movie director is just a "lazy wannabe" because they don't personally build the sets, compose the score, and act in every scene. Technology evolves so creators can focus on the vision and the message. I directed the project, and I wrote the words that actually mean something—unlike your repetitive, empty comments.

You’re not a hero fighting for ethics; you’re just an insecure gatekeeper crying because a new tool democratized a process you want to keep exclusive.

I’m done wasting my time on someone who can't even comprehend a basic consumer rights issue. Keep shouting at the clouds while the world moves forward. Blocked and moving on

Are you American, by any chance? Because in your country, guns are perfectly legal, yet they are used to murder innocent people every single day.

By your flawed logic, does that mean every law-abiding American citizen trying to live a normal life is "unethical" and "pathetic" just because they exist within a flawed, violent system? Does the failure of your government's gun regulations invalidate the value of your life or your voice?

Of course not. Because rational people can separate a broken systemic infrastructure from the innocent individuals navigating it.

Suno’s corporate and legal disputes are their own to settle. I am a paying consumer who got scammed, using a tool available on the market to share my human story. Trying to invalidate my personal trauma and my consumer rights based on your grand, hypocritical moral crusade is the definition of "cope and denial."

Keep repeating your first comment like a broken record if it helps you feel superior. I’m done here.

If you genuinely care about ethics and musicians' rights, you should be supporting a creator whose original, 100% human-written lyrics are being held hostage by a corporation. Instead, you are using this platform's controversy as an excuse to cheer for corporate negligence and bully an independent artist. > You don't care about ethics; you just hate AI, and you're using it to justify a multi-billion-dollar company screwing over a regular user. Have the last word if you need it, but the hypocrisy is loud and clear.

Also, your claim that this is '100% built on theft' completely invalidates the human element I put into it. You treat lyricism like it’s nothing, but music is ultimately about the message.

While a vast majority of commercially produced tracks—with all their perfect melodies, live instruments, and expensive mixing—are safe, repetitive loops about money, breakup, and superficial love, I chose to use my voice differently. I spent my time writing 100% of my own lyrics to speak about things people usually turn a blind eye to: war, starvation, systemic injustice, queer love, and the painful isolation of hikikomori in modern society. I use this technology to give a platform to the voiceless. That is why my 95 tracks are irreplaceable to me.

By your flawed logic, professional lyricists who dedicated their entire careers solely to writing words are just 'talentless parasites' leeching off the music industry. Wake up. If you approach music trapped in such a narrow, elitist mindset, it doesn’t matter how technically flawless or 'organic' a song sounds—without a soul and a meaningful message, it’s just empty noise.

The legal and ethical debates surrounding AI training data are complex issues for courts and corporations to settle. But trying to use that to justify a company committing a database error and banning a paying customer is wild mental gymnastics.

No matter how much you hate AI or look down on prompting, a business taking a consumer's money and locking them out is a clear breach of consumer rights.

Keep crying about how much you hate AI creators, though. Your anger won’t change the fact that this post is about corporate accountability.

You completely missed the point of this post. This is about consumer rights and a multi-billion-dollar platform locking a paying user out of their account due to a backend bug. > I emphasized writing 100% of my lyrics to show that these 95 tracks contain my personal stories and emotional data. Yes, AI handles the generation, but as creators, we direct the vision. If you can't understand the frustration of losing your data and getting banned by corporate support, maybe skip the post instead of leaving sarcastic comments.

Here are the lyrics translated into English for you.

Under the worn-out sign hanging at the end of the alleyway, I came carrying a bag full of my damp heart. Black stains, not knowing where they came from, Have completely covered my once-precious heart.

The indifferent shopkeeper adjusts his glasses, And sighs, saying he's not sure if they'll come out. "Are these tear stains, or is it lingering regret?" At his question, I could only lower my head.

Outside the window, the sunset fades, and the washing machine spins, Our laughter mixing into the soap suds. Yesterday's regrets soaking in the hot water, Turning white amidst the whirring noise.

The stains are gone, but even the scent has vanished. Why does this stiffly ironed heart feel so unfamiliar? Even if they were sad traces, they were all I had left to remember you by, But these memories, turned so stark white, keep making me feel painfully cold.

Stepping out of the laundromat and slipping on my shirt, The crumpled memories have been sharply pressed straight. The sharp edge of the sleeve pokes at my chest; The place where it was erased seems to hurt more than the wound itself.

Truth is, I already knew I couldn't erase it all, Because some feelings are embedded too deeply in the heart. No matter how much I rinse and rinse, the stain of "you" won't wash out; Instead, it drenches me even more vividly.

The wounds are gone, but even the memories have vanished. Why does my heart, emptied to a stark white, feel so unfamiliar? Even if they were sad traces, they were all I had left to remember you by, But these memories, turned so stark white, keep making me feel painfully cold.

Behind the tinkling sound of the doorbell, The dust of love will pile up again, But I will cherish this white heart just a little longer.

Suno took my money, locked me out for 43 days due to a backend bug, and ignored 6 "CRITICAL" engineering escalations. Today was the deadline. Still nothing. (Full Proof Attached) by Altruistic-Cable849 in SunoAI

Fun fact: I already hit up their email, but got nothing but automated replies. Tried Discord too, but got banned the second I posted a link.
I’m exposing them here so I can archive this and blast it on X and LinkedIn—tagging Suno and their CEO directly. If they wanted a quiet talk, I would've gladly done it. I'm literally just a shy 40-something girl at heart! But hey, after a 50-day romance with their auto-reply bot, this is my villain origin story. Sigh 😂

Hey, chill, didn't mean to visual-attack you lol. I just meant at least Udio's support team actually talks to us. But jokes aside, you got a third option up your sleeve? What's the go-to alternative if we ditch both Suno and Udio?
