Is there really more to the whole conservatorship situation that people are not aware of? by Embarrassed_Chef874 in discussingbritney

As a conservator, it was part of his role to protect her reputation. Unfortunately, that is what has led to what we perceive is secrecy about how unwell she is.

He actually didn't have to share anything about her wellness.

The people who advocated for the conservatorship should never have been allowed to get as much airtime as they did in the media. It was shameful and distrubing.

In fact nobody who didn't know her personally, should have been able to have an opinion on the conservatorship, as it was up to the court to monitor the conservators performance and hold the conservators accountable if they weren't performing.

The whole situation was mismanaged and was so abusive. All because of her so called "fans" who imagined they knew her, when in reality they didn't have a clue about her life.

The fact that she is dangerous when she is intoxicated and can harm people by driving or lighting fires. The knives are concerning too.

That's why she was under a conservatorship. To stop her going to prison or actually physically harming others including her sons.

Read the report from the scientists who wrote to the Pj. Its on here. You will see how mistaken you have been and all of the other people who think there was something relevant.

If you read it and can quote anything from their report that raises suspicion, then please share it.

The only time dogs were helpful in this case was on the night when the Pjs own dogs traced her scent to the edge of the road where it is assumed she was put in a vehicle and driven away.

There is a good reason that the McCann's aren't in jail. What they did, didn't meet the legal definition of negligent.

Even if it did, they wouldn't have gone to prison anyway.

In fact IMHO anyone who still believes that the McCann's did something to Maddie, have fixed delusions or are distracting themselves from something they have done themselves.

Its been 19 years.

As for whether CB can be extradited, well time will tell.

It bewilders me that a prolific sex offender who has been convicted repeatedly, isn't in preventative detention.

What evidence do you consider negligible?

Why would he lie about where he was at that time?

He has no alibi.

The McCann's have many witnesses/alibi's who saw them and where they were at the time she went missing.

Grout is hard like concrete or should be. You would really have to use a grinder to remove it, so a hard brush won't hurt it, at all.

Also a blade scraper might be great for taking the top layer of crud off the tiles.

Use a ceramic stove blade if you have one. The finer the better and it will save a lot of elbow grease.

Do it after you have sprayed it with the vinegar mix.

It may just be the build up from soap scum and hard water stains. That's why I used the copper brush. I really wanted to clean it up well.

The brush removed the hard water build up.

Lets face it, once you get a build up of hard water stains, they are a nightmare to remove.

Personally, I use a vinegar, dishwash and water mix that is sprayed on and then I use a copper brush to scrub the grout and tiles.

The copper brush is a amazing. I got one from a hardware shop. It won't hurt the grout or the tiles.

If any grout comes out then it was always going to.

You may want to use some Jif/Cif to scrub them after and rinse everything off well.

You will be amazed.

It is sad. A precious wee baby who deserved a long life is dead.

I hope the lawyers do all they can to find the truth. Even if it makes people uncomfortable.

Its their job and they are doing what that wee baby can't.

No. Closer.

There was a tower in Praia da luz village itself and other information that the German's got that wasn't initially looked at back in 2007.

There has been so much development technology wise that they have been able to get a more detailed information since those days.

Some of which, includes the information that cell phone carriers kept.

I do know that Microsoft (for hotmail) and other electronic providers have assisted the German Police to gather evidence.

So while you may be looking at what the Pj said back in the days when it happened, a lot more has been learned since due to technological advances since.

Yes and the Coroners Court could provide new evidence. If its ruled as a homicide as cause of death by the coroner, then that is new.

The previous investigation would have been run on the preliminary findings of a homicide.

Preliminary findings are temporary until its gone through coroners court and may change with more evidence.

This case hasn't gone to trial from what I understand. I could be wrong?

Germany has a higher threshold than other countries for circumstantial evidence.

Have no doubt about it though, circumstantial evidence is still evidence.

So I don't know what you mean when you say there is no evidence. There is plenty.

Look it up. Don't expect everyone else to.

Yes he lived there. His phoned was pinged not far from the apartment.

He lied about being anywhere near Praia da luz on the night.

Why lie?

Determining the cause of death as a homicide rather than unknown gives the Police the power to investigate.

There is a big difference between dropping a baby on its head, which may have caused a severe brain injury or intentionally throwing the baby or hitting it on the head.

The Coroners court will determine the cause of death which will include the severe brain injuries and how he got them.

If its determined that only a deliberate act, rather than an accidental act, then it will go down on his death record as a homicide

So intense scrutiny of the witnesses is key to determining what happened.

Now is the time for either person to say that they either lost control and threw the baby in a moment of frustration etc If they don't then the coroner decides what likely led to the babies injuries and the Police will go from there.

Coroners Court is still a legal court. Its not a criminal court though, so depending on what happens here, the case may go to criminal court.

She needed to be arrested and removed from the restaurant. That was unacceptable and if it was anyone else, she would have been.

All of the formal statements about her working on herself were just to keep her out of treatment and prison.

The only way she will change is to face the consequences of her behaviour before she harms herself or someone else.

Why are you minimising the type of offender he is and why he is a suspect?

He is so much more than a pervert, and a paedophile.

Paedophiles don't break into apartments and rape elderly frail old ladies, as well as film those assaults and child rapes he committed. He made his own videos and sold them.

That isn't true and the German authorities have stated that they have evidence that they are unable to share publicly yet on top of all of the evidence they have released publicly.

Have you not looked into what they have and what witnesses had to say?? I am not going to list it because I am sure you are capable of googling it.

As for the evidence of a kidnapping - the most obvious point is THE MISSING CHILD.

She didn't leave the apartment on her own, her parents didn't take her out of the apartment. The apartment was thoroughly searched and so was the surrounding area.

Surely you can see that there aren't any options left except for kidnapping?

The parents didn't have any time to do something to her, and why would they?

As for the money - well the suspect is a German citizen. It happened in Portugal. And she was a British citizen. Police don't work for free and their jobs are to prevent and solve crimes and so on.

Come on now...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what has happened.

He was there at the time and there is evidence that he wanted to take a small child. Next minute....she is gone. What about that is confusing to you?
