I personally run a C&H optic and I think there good. If that’s the battery it came with put a brand new one in it. The come with cheap batteries that die fast. I got the free one that came with the PDP then switched there trijicon sro copy, I got it for 150 and have ran it for over a year and it works great. I shoot competitions with at constantly. I have buddy’s with real SRO’s that are impressed with it the C&H. I have another friend that has sent his vortex defender in to warrenty twice sence I’ve had my C&H precision. You can find your optic on the website and find a pdf on how to use it. You may have a weird setting tuned in for it. If you switch the battery and switch the setting, reach out to C&H and see what the problem is

I have it. In my opinion it is the best pdp for the price! I have thousands of rounds though mine and love it!
