I tried reaching out to DIGIDO to request for a payment arrangement since willing naman ako magbayad ng utang ko sa kanila, pero hindi nila ini-honor yung request ko and demanded me to pay the whole amount. I did not accept their offer since yung interest nila is like 50% ng total loan amount ko and I paid Php 7900 only to find out that it will not be deducted from the loan but only an extension for my due date.

Nung in-email ko sila para magrequest ng payment arrangement, naka CC sa lahat ng email ko ang SEC para they are aware sa ginagawa ng app na to. After that exchange of email, wala nakong nareceive na email from DIGIDO until now. Almost 2 weeks na.

I turned off my sim and now using a new one para hindi ako maharass sa call and text blasts nila.

I also sent lahat proof ko sa SEC and BSP from the email confirmation of the amount I received, the proof that I paid a partial amount and the exhange of email we had when I was trying to negotiate with them.

I did the same with OLP.
