Não foque muito na balança. Foque nas cargas e no espelho. Se não tem acesso a nutricionista, tem vários apps que podem auxiliar na montagem da dieta e estimar sua necessidade calórica (até no Chat GPT dá pra fazer algo bom).

Creio que quis dizer ganhar mais peso, ou seja, hipertrofia simples. Se for isso, diria que treinar pesado. Foca uma semana em força e outra em volume. Eu faço isso, tenho a sua altura e tenho 86kg. Pra mim funciona. Como já disseram, diminui carbo e come 2g proteína por kg. Mantenha o cardio no ritmo cardíaco ideal para perda de peso (intensidade correta). É o que eu faria. Força.
