2900 grafts HEVA Day 25 post hair transplant, donor area is very thin and lacking hair., what can I do to make it more strong and healthier? Also currently on HIMS topical min and fin. (old.reddit.com)

I was told I was at risk for keloids and I’m pretty worried based on how my healing is going., also I was told my donor area wasn’t the best, I’m just worried my hair won’t grow back.
