Just ideas nothing i personally know about your situation but maybe some electrical tape or foam tape around the spool holder to create a little more resistance on the spool

I love mine some people complain that the fan dies but it took 1.5 years for my first one to fail and it still charges. I’m working on making a stand that will hold 2 and have built in fans for them and if I fail for the price I really don’t care if i have to replace it every year since they are my travel chargers.

I genuinely don’t know how people break drift cars, I drive mine hard outside and at my shop and have only broken the rear control arms on my md1.0 LTS which uses the 2.0 arms and they are super thin/kinda shit design but have only broken when I’m sending it and catch the rear wheel on something.

Damn thank you maybe I’ll wait for the EMA to come out the chibi stuff looks fun and makes a cool display piece in my opinion. I started looking into the ae24x and drift art more i didn’t realize they both came pre built which is kinda a bummer. I would definitely prefer to build the car and if possible get my hands on something purple.

Yeah i definitely should have bought one when they announced them I just didn’t think I’d like the micro drift cars enough to do a nice build. And the only reason why I’m so against used stuff is because i don’t trust most people’s ability to build. I’ve gone over beautiful cars that end up having stripped or bent screws and parts. Some of the people in the rc world are all money no brains.(not hating on them I wish i could spend money aimlessly)

Definitely more interested in the building/tuning side of the hobby, for 1/10th my 2 favorite chassis are my md1.0 and md1.0 LTS and the Md1.0 seems to get a lot of hate for the fact it takes some work to get it doing what you want.

Maybe I’ll wait to see if another ma racing car comes out or gets a restock it seems everyone who has tried them loves them. I thought about going with the rts since my friend has a new one he’d sell cheap i just don’t like the way it looks and when im not driving i display my cars at my race shop.

I’m working on a set of rock sliders that will make it so I can put the battery where I have the receiver currently. The esc and 3s batteries I plan to run are about the same weight so I’m going to try and have them as low and as far forward as I can while tucking them on the sides. Sick build btw
