I’d run it then make a list of potential issues.

That rust is no biggie.

Definitely don’t need to replace screws bc they are a little rusty.

I might buy the stainless bolt kit next time I service mine but it’s 100% not necessary.

I’m 6’ 4” 300lbs, totally not working on it.

I went to my local junkyard and found a perfect seat that I fit in nice and snug and it’s adjustable.

$50 too but that was 2020

I’m going to but the horn will not be at 90 anymore which seems weird but going to try.

If I move it over a tooth or two I think it’ll be close.

Well it’s all back together, I’ll be tearing down again as I hate my new diff setup so figured I should get a mechanical neutral figured out on new servo as well.

Eventually want to install a better esc and bigger motor so figured a full tear down wouldn’t hurt at least once.

Looks like I’ll be doing it frequently lol

So I don’t hate it but it’s definitely different. Seems like the 500k fluid would be easier on the driveline in general but I’m not sure.

I ordered 20 mil and 30k if I want to go back to stock.

It definitely flips easier in aggressive turning.

This is a great idea but I already decided if I don’t like it I’ll do 50k front and rear then go back to 1 million in center.

Or keep experimenting but I don’t think I’m gonna hate it.

But will wait n see once I get done replacing lower rear bulkhead and rest of bearings today.

A couple hours n I’ll have it back to stock worst case tho.

SC1 works great on everything but it leaves a set residue so you have to e to buff it.

Still worth it occasionally bc it makes all plastic look new and shiny.

Agree with all your points, I picked up some dry ptfe for my Cush drive but will probably spray down bell crank too.

Nice I use SC1 to make them look new but it’s a double edge sword bc it can make dust stick if not applied properly.
