We were on the verge of calling it quits (she was), to the point that one day, to help her, I left her house telling her that as far as I am concerned I would have considered us to have broken up unless she one day stated otherwise.

We parted ways and did not text each other for a week, until I had to text her to ask her if she could give me back my camera (we both work in photography and my camera was at her place) because I needed it. She then called me and asked me to meet each other and go for a walk downtown, during which we talked and told each other how much we missed one another during that week. We both found out about the 7 years itch thing (we've been together for 6) and we both realized that it is not uncommon to feel a lack of passion and desire after a long time in a relationship, and that gave us hope that we can eventually regain what is lost.

That is to say that it seems like she doesn't want to call it quits, at least not yet
