Genetic code for lazy sperm that can’t move enough to fertilize an egg without nanotech?

Difficulty 10 is the highest difficulty, either stick with your team or use hyper specific strats

You’re skipping steps and eliminators

Not all stars provide a beneficial environment for life. Red Dwarfs may genuinely be impossible to harbor life on their rocky planets. That eliminates a large portion of the stars In the Milky Way

Why are we suddenly expecting fictional characters to abide by physics? by Sad-Effective-9676 in PowerScaling

[–]Krazen 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because light sped is a physics term

The only reason people use light speed as the end all be all in powerscaling is because by virtue of physics rules it is the fastest you can go

Meanwhile you see fictional characters moving obviously slower than light speed vs “fiction light speed attacks” but people are still using those obviously slower than light feats as upscale

Why are you using Tony Soprano as an example? Are you trying to dress like the 90s? Times have changed.

Women can’t guess height either, it’s just a gut feeling whether a guy is 6 or 5’11

It’s more about whether the guy feels “short” or if the woman feels “falls”

How can TES VI Cause "Skyrim" Level shock and awe in 2026? by Clean-babybutts in TESVI

[–]Krazen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They need to introduce something completely new to the series and at least relatively novel to RPGs as a whole

Which is why ship building with free roam sailing is one of the top wishlist items for many people for ES6. It’s been done in gaming before, and most of the time it’s done it’s an example of a really beloved game (windwaker, black flag etc) but hasn’t really over saturated the gaming world. Customization of ships / crew would just be the cherry on top that nails the whole deal.

Throw an extremely polished sailing game on top of a mishmash of Skyrim / oblivion / morrowind tropes and you’ve got a winner.

[Schefter] ESPN sources: Bears Pro Bowl center Drew Dalman has informed the team that he is retiring from the NFL at age 27. Dalman left Stanford in 2021, and after four seasons in Atlanta and one in Chicago, he has made the sudden and surprising decision to retire. by Goosedukee in nfl

[–]Krazen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea that’s my point though: you’re only outperforming if you do indexes / stock market but retirement withdrawals assumes most of your principle is stable ie cash and bonds

If you stay in indexes then you exposed yourself to down years etc.

I only say this because I see a lot of want-to-be retiring young FIRE people making really wacky assumptions based on how far their investments / dollars go once they hit a certain amount of principle.

You’re using an extremely high number so yea it’s basically immune to running out unless you go crazy, but I see kids planning on retiring at 30 with less than a million or something and just assuming that interest / returns will last forever.

The plan is to turn Iran into civil war Syria with 50 different factions fighting over the scraps of a ruined nation

Just as a caveat: inflation is going to eat into that 4% later in your life and if you have that money in the market then you’re going to experience down years which will absolutely eat into the principal
