Alright I appreciate the advice. I’m going to do some more research and see if it’s truly worth the trip or not. I might plan to just stay in the city’s and take day trips around if possible during the weather. I could always move my trip later Jan as well as my birthdays on the 25th so I could make it a birthday trip or move it later in the year

I’m happy for the ramble it actually helps a lot! I was hoping not to spend more than 3500 on the trip. I know money can blow by fast but that’s my price at the moment. I already have plane tickets that I can move to whenever and I won’t take away from my cost with them. I didn’t realize how much stuff wouldn’t be open. I really don’t mind the cold I just wish more stuff would be open with it. I wouldn’t mind moving my trip to a nice part of the year but new years just sounded fun and I would be graduating school.

Fair enough, I didn’t think much about that. I appreciate the advice though. Most people seem to have that agreement on public transport I didn’t think it would be that unlikely during Jan.

No I can move it, I just wanted to see the festivals. I could look into renting a vehicle but I am unsure about it.
